Pricing Structure for Hair Services

Service pricing at DBK Salon Bayview may vary based on hair length, thickness, time required, and products used. We offer a tiered stylist system, allowing guests to choose a stylist based on experience level or pricing preference.

All hair services and pricing are reviewed during your consultation prior to beginning your appointment to ensure clarity and comfort.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments at DBK Salon Bayview in North York are reserved exclusively for you. We greatly value your appointment time and understand that plans can change.

We kindly ask for the following notice when cancelling or rescheduling:

  • Appointments under 90 minutes require at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Appointments over 90 minutes require at least 48 hours’ notice

A valid credit card is required to reserve all online bookings.

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period will incur a 50% service fee
  • Appointments rescheduled more than twice may require a 50% deposit for future bookings

By providing your credit card details, you authorize DBK Salon Bayview to apply applicable charges in accordance with these policies.

No-Show Appointment Policy

If you do not call or email to cancel or reschedule and do not arrive for your scheduled appointment at DBK Salon Bayview, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally booked.

Following a no-show appointment, a deposit may be required to secure future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that things come up. If you think you may be running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. At DBK Salon Bayview, we carefully schedule our appointments to ensure each stylist has the time needed to provide a thoughtful, unhurried experience.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to keep the day running smoothly for our team and other guests. The earlier we hear from you, the more flexibility we have to find the best possible solution together.

Appointment Timing & Service Length

Please allow ample time for your visit to DBK Salon Bayview in North York. Many hair services — including colour, highlights, smoothing treatments, and blowouts — may take 2–3+ hours.

If you have time constraints or questions about service length, we encourage you to discuss them with us or your stylist in advance of your appointment.

Redo Policy for Hair Services

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service at DBK Salon Bayview, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

  • Redo requests must be made within two weeks of your original appointment
  • Redo services must be performed by the original stylist
  • Service adjustments are subject to consultation and approval

While refunds are not issued on hair services, we are committed to addressing concerns professionally and thoughtfully

Product Returns & Exchanges

DBK Salon Bayview accepts product returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with proof of payment
  • Sale items are final sale
  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Gift returns will be credited appropriately.
