Booking & Cancellation
At DBK Salon Bayview in North York, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A valid credit card is required to reserve your booking online. No-shows incur a 50% service fee.- Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% service fee. By providing your credit card details, you authorize DBK Salon Bayview to apply these charges if applicable.
Redo Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service at DBK Salon Bayview in North York, please notify us immediately so we can make it right. - Redo services must be requested within two weeks of your appointment. - Services can only be performed by your original stylist.
Refund Policy
DBK Salon Bayview accepts returns and refunds under the following conditions: - Returns: Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging within 14 days. - Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. - Late or Missing Refunds: Contact your bank first, then bayview@dbksalon.com if unresolved. - Sale Items: Non-refundable. - Exchanges: Only defective or damaged items.
