Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please review our salon policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Booking & Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Please be aware that a valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment when booking online.

No-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a 25% charge of the service fee.

By providing your credit card details, you authorize DBK Salon Bayview to apply the above charges if applicable.

Redo Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your service at DBK Salon Bayview, please inform us immediately so we can make it right.

Redo services must be requested within two weeks of your appointment and can only be performed by your original stylist.

Refund Policy

• Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused, in original condition, and packaging. We cannot accept returns for damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned after 14 days.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company. If still unresolved, contact us at bayview@dbksalon.com.

• Sale Items: Sale items cannot be refunded.

• Exchanges: Only defective or damaged items can be exchanged. Contact us at bayview@dbksalon.com for further instructions.

• Gifts: If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift credit once returned. If not a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return items, mail them to 2885 Bayview Ave, Unit 2, North York ON M2K 0A3, Canada.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For returns over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
