Refund Policy

DBK Salon Bayview accepts product returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with proof of payment
  
• Sale items are final sale
  
• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only
  

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Gift returns will be credited appropriately.

Please note that our Refund Policy applies to retail product purchases only. Hair services, appointments, cancellations, and no-show fees are governed by our Salon Policies.
